THE 2007 STUDY TOUR


The Society’s Study Tour in 2007 will be based on Salisbury and take place from June 11 to June 16.
Accommodation will be on a bed, breakfast and dinner basis at The White Hart hotel which is very near the Cathedral close
On the four days of the tour, visits - usually as private guided tours- will be made to Athelhampton, Wilton House, Stonehenge, The Silk Mill at Whitchurch, Mottisfont Abbey and Gardens, and the Cathedral and the Medieval Hall in the close.

The cost per person will be £480 to include 5 nights accommodation at The White Hart, all meals except lunches, all entrance fees, gratuities and coach travel on three days (the Cathedral close is in walking distance),

Not included are individual travel to and from Salisbury, personal accounts (room service etc) and refreshments (tea, coffee, etc.) during the day.

THE ANNUAL GARDEN PARTY 2007

We are fortunate that Yvonne Dale has again offered her garden to us, and the party will be on Saturday, 23 June, 6pm–8pm

ST MICHAEL AND ALL ANGELS

Michael Hall, Editor of Apollo, will give a lecture in the church on Saturday afternoon, October 20 2007 on Bodley.
